Choy Lay Fut

Choy Lay Fut is a Chinese marital art that was developed over 200 years ago as a secret fighting system during a time of civil war in China. Choy Lay Fut is one of the most devastating and explosive martial arts today. This style emphasizes strong and powerful stances combined with swinging fists, kicks, punches, animal themed strikes, grabs, joint locks, and throwing techniques. 

 

With our dynamic curriculum our students are taught bare hand and weapon forms. Our hand forms are a perfect combination of fluidity, precision, and explosive power. The weapon forms taught are both short and long weapons. Every student will experience the rich history of Chinese weaponry through the many weapons taught at our school.

 

Starting at a very basic level, students will rise from the beginnings of training and movement to becoming a technical master of Chinese martial arts.
